ARCCA GROUP LLC Privacy Policy Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 17, 2024

Last Updated: September 30, 2026

At ARCCA Group we build residences where people make their lives. That trust begins long before delivery — it begins with the care we take with the information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us for at any time. If anything here is unclear, write to us at info@arccagp.com and we will explain it.

1. WHO WE ARE

ARCCA GROUP LLC is a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business at 194 Isla Dorada Blvd, Coral Gables, Florida 33143. In this Policy we refer to it as “ARCCA,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” ARCCA GROUP LLC is a residential real estate developer. We design, build, and sell single-family luxury residences in South Florida. Individual residences and projects may be held or developed through separate affiliated entities under common ownership; where an affiliated entity collects personal information in connection with a residence or project we develop, that information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Purchasers arrange their own financing with the lender of their choice. Where you do, we exchange information with your lender only as necessary to your transaction, as described in Section 7. This Privacy Policy describes our practices as they stand on the Last Updated date shown above; if we introduce additional services, Section 17 explains how and when this Policy is updated. Throughout this Policy, “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with a particular individual or household.

2. SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect when you:

  • Visit https://arccagroup.us or any other website that links to this Privacy Policy (our “Site”);
  • Submit an inquiry, contact form, or request for information to us;
  • Opt in to receive email or text message communications from us
  • Communicate with us or our representatives by email, telephone, text message, or in person;
  • Visit one of our residences, sales presentations, model homes, or job sites, or attend an event we host or co-host;
  • Enter into, or take steps toward, a purchase or reservation of a residence we develop or market; or
  • Are referred to us, or introduced to us, by a real estate broker, agent, advisor, or other third party.
What this Policy does not cover
  • Other companies’ websites and services. Our Site may link to websites, platforms, or content operated by others — for example our social media profiles, a broker’s listing page, or a mapping service. We do not control those parties’ privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them. Please review their own privacy notices.
  • Employees, contractors, and job applicants. Personal information we process about current or former personnel, independent contractors, and candidates for engagement is not governed by this Policy. That information is handled under our internal personnel practices, and applicable notices are provided directly to those individuals.
  • Information that is not personal information. We may process aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information — information that cannot reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual — for any lawful business purpose, including market research, project planning, and reporting.
  • Real estate transaction files held by other parties. In a purchase transaction, other participants — title companies, closing and escrow agents, lenders, inspectors, homeowners’ associations, and your own attorney or broker — collect and hold personal information under their own policies and legal obligations. We do not control their practices.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

3.1 Information you provide to us directly

Contact and inquiry information. When you submit a form on our Site or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and telephone number, together with any message or comments you choose to include. On our Site, the contact form requires name, email, and telephone number;

The message field and the SMS consent checkboxes are optional.

Property interest information. When you speak with us about a residence, we collect the information you choose to share about what you are looking for — location and project of interest, size and configuration preferences, design and finish preferences, your intended timeline, the budget range you tell us, whether you are working with a broker, and how you heard about us.

Visit and appointment information. If you visit a residence, model home, sales presentation, or job site, or attend an event, we may collect sign-in information (name, contact details, the broker you are working with, if any), the date and purpose of your visit, and records required for site safety and insurance purposes.

Transaction and closing information. If you move forward toward a purchase or reservation, we collect the information necessary to document and complete the transaction. Depending on the transaction and the requirements of the parties involved, this may include your legal name, mailing and residential address, date of birth, government-issued identification (including passport or driver’s license), taxpayer identification number, entity and ownership information where you purchase through a trust or company, evidence of ability to fund the purchase provided by you or your bank, the identity of your broker, lender, attorney, and closing agent, and records of deposits and payments made in connection with the transaction. Some of this information is collected because it is required by law, by title insurers, by closing agents, or by financial institutions — for example, identity verification and source-of-funds requirements, and federal tax withholding rules applicable to purchases and sales by non-U.S. persons.

Communications and records. We keep records of our communications with you — emails, text messages, letters, notes of telephone calls and meetings, and the contents of your inquiries — so that we can respond to you, maintain continuity in a long transaction, and keep accurate records.

Information you volunteer. If you send us information we did not ask for, we will hold it in accordance with this Policy. Please do not send us information you would prefer we not keep.

3.2 Information collected automatically when you use our Site

When you visit our Site, certain information is collected automatically by our web server and hosting provider, and by the software that runs the Site:

  • Technical and device information — your IP address, the type and version of your browser and operating system, screen and device characteristics, language settings, and the referring page or search that brought you to us.
  • Usage information — the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, how long you stay on a page, and the links you click.
  • Server and security logs — records maintained by our hosting provider for the purposes of operating, securing, and troubleshooting the Site, including records of requests, errors, and blocked or suspicious activity.
  • General location — a general, approximate location (typically city or region) inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation from your device through our Site.
3.3 Information we receive from others
  • Brokers, agents, and advisors. Real estate brokers and agents, and in some cases wealth advisors, attorneys, or family offices, provide us with their client’s contact details and requirements in order to introduce a prospective purchaser to us. If you have engaged such a professional, they may share your information with us on your instruction or with your authorization.
  • Referrals and introductions. Existing clients, project partners, and business contacts sometimes introduce prospective purchasers or investors to us.
  • Transaction participants. In an active transaction, we receive information from title and closing agents, escrow agents, lenders (where a purchaser has arranged financing), surveyors, inspectors, associations, and municipal authorities, as necessary to complete the transaction.
  • Service providers acting for us. Our website host, email provider, form provider, and text-messaging platform provide us with information collected on our behalf, as described in Section 5 and Section 7
  • Publicly available and commercially available sources. We may consult public records — including property records, corporate registries, and court records — and publicly available business information, in the ordinary course of evaluating a project, a counterparty, or a transaction.
  • Social media platforms. When you interact with our profiles on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn, we receive the information those platforms make available to us, including your public profile information, your comments and messages, and aggregate, non-identifying statistics about our audience. Your use of those platforms is governed by the platform’s own privacy policy, not this one. Content you post publicly on our profiles is visible to others; please do not post information you would not want to be public.

3.4 What we do not collect

For clarity, and to avoid any misunderstanding about our practices:

  • We do not collect biometric information — no fingerprints, facial geometry, voiceprints, or similar identifiers used to identify an individual.
  • We do not ask for, and we do not want, information about your race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, familial status, disability, health, or genetic information. As a residential developer we are subject to the federal Fair Housing Act and Florida’s fair housing laws, and we do not solicit, record, or use such information in deciding who may purchase, reserve, or view a residence, in what order we respond to inquiries, or on what terms we deal with a prospective purchaser. If such information reaches us incidentally — for example because you volunteer it in a message — we do not use it for those purposes. See Section 16.
  • We do not build demographic profiles, credit-worthiness scores, “buying power” estimates, or propensity models about prospective purchasers, and we do not use automated decision-making or artificial intelligence to decide who is shown a residence, who receives a response, or on what terms we will deal with anyone.
  • We do not collect precise device geolocation through our Site.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from children. See Section 14.

4. SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Some of the information described in Section 3.1 is treated as “sensitive” under one or more privacy laws — in particular government-issued identification numbers, passport information, and information that reveals citizenship, immigration, or residency status. We may receive such information in connection with a purchase transaction, because identity verification, anti-money-laundering, title insurance, closing, and federal tax withholding requirements make it necessary.

Where we hold sensitive information:

  • We collect it only in the context of an actual or contemplated transaction, or where required by law — never through general website inquiries or marketing;

  • We collect only what is necessary for that purpose;

  • We limit internal access to the personnel who need it to complete or document the transaction;

  • We share it only with the transaction participants and authorities that require it, as described in Section 7; and

  • We do not sell sensitive personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising or any other marketing purpose.

5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies only to the extent necessary to make the Site work, to keep it secure, and to understand in general terms how it is used.

Strictly necessary and functional. Our Site is built on WordPress and uses cookies and local browser storage set by the website platform, the page builder, and our hosting and caching provider. These keep the Site functioning, remember display preferences, deliver pages efficiently, and protect the Site against abuse.

Spam and abuse prevention. Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyzes technical and behavioral signals to distinguish human visitors from automated abuse. Google processes information in connection with this service under its own privacy policy and terms.

Analytics and advertising. We do not currently operate advertising pixels, retargeting tags, session-recording tools, or third-party advertising cookies on our Site. If we introduce analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will update this Section before doing so and, where a consent mechanism is required, we will implement one.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Because we do not currently use our Site to track visitors across other websites or services, and because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no cross-site tracking on our Site for a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal to stop. Our Site does not currently detect or respond to those browser signals. If we introduce advertising or cross-site tracking technologies, we will implement a mechanism to recognize and honor opt-out preference signals and will say so here.

Managing cookies in your browser. You can control cookies through your browser settings — including blocking cookies, deleting existing cookies, and being notified when a cookie is set. Instructions are available in the help documentation for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Brave. Blocking all cookies may prevent parts of our Site from working correctly.

6. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use personal information for the following purposes:

To respond to you and provide what you asked for. To answer your inquiry, send you the project information you requested, arrange and conduct a viewing or meeting, and follow up on a conversation.

To conduct our business as a developer and seller of residences. To evaluate, negotiate, document, and complete a purchase, reservation, or lease; to coordinate with brokers, closing agents, title companies, lenders, inspectors, and associations; to manage design selections, construction progress, delivery, and post-closing warranty and service matters; and to maintain complete records of our transactions.

To communicate with you about our projects. To send you, where you have chosen to receive them, information about new developments and available residences, invitations to private previews and events, and construction progress updates. See Sections 9, 10, and 11 for how you control these communications.

To improve our Site and our offering. To understand in general terms how our Site is used, to keep it working properly, and to inform decisions about our projects and how we present them.

To keep our people, visitors, sites, and information secure. To protect the safety of visitors and personnel at our job sites and residences, to protect our Site and systems against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access, and to investigate incidents.

To comply with law and to protect legal rights. To meet our obligations under applicable law — including identity verification, anti-money-laundering, tax, licensing, building, and record-keeping requirements; to respond to lawful requests from courts, regulators, and law enforcement; to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and to enforce our agreements.

For any other purpose we describe to you at the time we collect the information, or for which you give your consent.

Where we process your personal information because the law requires it or because it is necessary to perform our obligations to you, a failure or refusal to provide that information may prevent or delay a transaction.

7. HOW AND WITH WHOM WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share personal information only as described below. We do not disclose personal information to anyone else for their own independent purposes without your authorization.

Affiliated entities. With the entities under common ownership with ARCCA GROUP LLC that hold, develop, or market the residence or project in question, for the purposes described in this Policy.

Real estate professionals in your transaction. With the brokers, agents, and other real estate professionals involved in your inquiry or transaction — including your own broker, and the co-broker or listing broker where applicable.

Transaction participants. With title companies, closing and escrow agents, surveyors, inspectors and appraisers, homeowners’ and condominium associations, and, where you have arranged financing, your lender — to the extent necessary to complete and document the transaction. We share your information with a lender only where you have arranged financing and the exchange is necessary to your transaction. We do not sell, rent, or trade purchaser information to lenders, mortgage brokers, or any other party seeking to market financial products.

Service providers acting on our behalf. With vendors that perform services for us under contract and on our instructions, and that are not permitted to use the information for their own purposes. These include our website hosting and maintenance providers, email and productivity platform, our text-messaging platform, customer relationship management and file storage providers, accountants and bookkeepers, and information technology and security providers.

Social media management. With the external provider that manages our social media profiles, which has access only to the comments and messages you send us through those platforms and to the aggregate audience statistics those platforms provide, and not to our client or transaction records.

Professional advisors. With our attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers, where reasonably necessary for them to advise or represent us, or to obtain or maintain insurance.

Authorities and where required by law. With courts, regulators, taxing and licensing authorities, and law enforcement, where we are required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of ARCCA, our personnel, our clients, or the public.

Business transactions. With parties involved in evaluating, negotiating, financing, or completing a sale, merger, joint venture, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets, and with any successor to that business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

With your direction or authorization. With anyone else you ask or authorize us to share your information with — for example a family member, advisor, or attorney acting for you.

We do not share your information with construction contractors. The architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, interior designers, and suppliers who work on a residence do not receive your personal information. All design, construction, delivery, and warranty coordination goes through ARCCA.

8. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. We do not disclose personal information to data brokers, advertising networks, or lead-generation companies, and we do not disclose personal information to any third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.

We do not sell sensitive personal information under any circumstances, and we do not sell personal information about individuals we know to be under 18.

9. COMMUNICATIONS

9.1 Email Communications

If you provide your email address, we may send you the information you requested and, where you have chosen to receive them, communications about our projects and events.

Every marketing email we send identifies ARCCA as the sender, includes our physical mailing address, and contains a clear way to unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by emailing info@arccagp.com. We will honor your request promptly, and in no event more than ten business days after we receive it.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop communications that are necessary to a matter between us — for example correspondence about your transaction, your closing, a design selection, or a warranty request.

9.2 SMS / Text Messaging Program

ARCCA GROUP LLC offers an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with prospective purchasers, investors, realtors, and individuals who have opted in to receive text messages from us.

Opt-In: You may opt in by submitting your mobile number and checking the applicable SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form. We offer separate checkboxes for customer care messages and for promotional messages, and each requires its own consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.

Types of Messages: Messages may include new development announcements, private preview and open house invitations, construction progress updates, notice of newly available residences, property inquiries, invitations to project briefings, and direct customer care communications regarding potential or active transactions.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You can expect to receive approximately 1–4 messages per month for general updates, or as needed for direct customer service inquiries.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You may cancel at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any text message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any text message, call us at 786 901 1622, or email info@arccagp.com.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Information Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The categories of sharing described in Section 7 exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

11. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM

11.1 Rights that may apply to you

Several U.S. states give residents rights over their personal information. Whether a particular right is legally available to you depends on where you live and on whether the law in question applies to ARCCA. Rather than parse that for you, ARCCA will honor the following requests from any individual, regardless of where you live, subject to the exceptions described below:

  • Know and access — ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and to tell you what categories we hold, where we got it, why we hold it, and with what categories of recipients we have shared it;
  • Copy — receive a copy of the personal information you provided to us, in a portable format;
  • Correct — ask us to correct personal information about you that is inaccurate;
  • Delete — ask us to delete personal information we hold about you;
  • Opt out of marketing — stop receiving marketing email, text messages, calls, and mail (see Section 10);
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw a consent you previously gave, going forward; and
  • Non-discrimination — exercise any of these rights without being treated differently or refused service for doing so.

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and we do not profile individuals in furtherance of automated decisions (see Sections 3.4 and 8) — so there is nothing for you to opt out of in those respects.

11.2 How to make a request

Send your request to info@arccagp.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or call us at 786 901 1622, or write to us at ARCCA GROUP LLC, 194 Isla Dorada Blvd, Coral Gables, FL 33143. Please tell us what you would like us to do and give us enough information to find your records.

Verification. To protect your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request, typically by confirming information we already hold. We may decline a request we cannot verify. If someone submits a request on your behalf, we may ask for proof of their authority and may contact you to confirm.

Timing. We will acknowledge your request and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may extend that period by up to an additional 45 days. We do not charge a fee for a reasonable request.

If we decline. If we cannot fully honor your request, we will tell you why. If you disagree with our decision, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response, and we will review the matter and respond. You may also complain to your state’s attorney general.

Limits on deletion. Some information we cannot delete on request, because the law requires us to keep it or because we need it for a legitimate purpose the law permits us to protect. In a real estate context this ordinarily includes transaction and closing records, deposit and payment records, identity verification and anti-money-laundering records, tax records, construction and warranty records, insurance records, and information needed to establish or defend a legal claim. Where we cannot delete everything, we will delete what we can and tell you what we have kept and why.

11.3 Additional state-specific disclosures California.

California law gives residents of California specific rights, and requires the disclosures in this subsection. ARCCA provides them to California residents whether or not the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us in a given year.

Categories of personal information we have collected in the past twelve months. Using the categories California law defines: identifiers (name, postal address, email address, telephone number, IP address, and, in a transaction, government-issued identification and taxpayer identification numbers); customer records information (name, address, telephone number, and financial information provided in connection with a transaction); commercial information (records of a residence considered, reserved, or purchased, and the property preferences you tell us); internet or network activity (pages viewed on our Site and interactions with our communications); approximate geolocation inferred from IP address; audio, electronic, or visual information (records of calls, messages, and correspondence, and job-site security video during construction); professional information, where you provide it; and sensitive personal information as described below. We do not collect biometric information, education information, or inferences drawn to create a profile about you.

Sensitive personal information. In a purchase transaction we may collect government-issued identification numbers and passport information, and information that reveals citizenship or immigration status, because identity verification, anti-money-laundering, title, closing, and federal tax withholding requirements make it necessary. We use and disclose sensitive personal information only for the purposes permitted by California law without a right to limit — performing the services requested, complying with law, verifying identity, and preventing fraud — and never for inferring characteristics about you. Accordingly, we do not offer a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link, because we do not use it for any purpose that such a link would restrict.

Sources. Directly from you; from brokers, agents, advisors, and others who introduce you to us; from the participants in your transaction; from our service providers acting on our behalf; and from public records.

Purposes. As described in Section 6 of this Policy.

Categories disclosed for a business purpose in the past twelve months. Identifiers, customer records information, commercial information, and — only in an active transaction — sensitive personal information, each to the categories of recipients listed in Section 7.

We do not sell or share personal information as California law defines “sell” and “share,” we have not done so in the past twelve months, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16. We therefore do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

Your California rights. In addition to the rights in Section 11.1, you may request the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, and you may request information about the categories described above for the twelve-month period preceding your request. You may exercise your rights through an authorized agent; we will ask the agent for written proof of their authority and may contact you to confirm it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any California privacy right.

Shine the Light. Under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83, California residents may request once a year information about personal information disclosed to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes. We make no such disclosures. To make this request, email info@arccagp.com with “Shine the Light Request” in the subject line.

Notice at collection. This Policy serves as our notice at collection. The categories we collect, the purposes for each, whether we sell or share them (we do not), and our retention approach are all described above and in Section 12.

Nevada. Nevada law allows residents to direct a website operator not to sell certain personally identifiable information. We do not sell personal information. If you wish to submit a request nonetheless, email info@arccagp.com.

Florida. ARCCA GROUP LLC is a Florida company and complies with Florida law, including the Florida Digital Bill of Rights’ restriction on the sale of sensitive personal data. This website does not sell your sensitive personal data.

Other states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia — may exercise the rights described in Section 11.1 by the methods in Section 11.2. Where the law of your state gives you a right to appeal a refusal, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will inform you in writing of the outcome and of your right to contact your state’s attorney general.

12. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy, and thereafter for as long as the law and the defense of our rights require. The following are our retention periods:

  • Inquiries that do not lead to a transaction — three years from the last contact. Where you have opted in to marketing, we keep your contact information until you opt out.
  • Marketing consent and opt-out records — five years from the withdrawal of consent or from the last contact, whichever is later. We keep a record of an opt-out indefinitely where that is necessary to avoid contacting you again.
  • Transaction and closing files, including contracts, addenda, disclosures, closing statements, and deeds — ten years from the closing date.
  • Deposit, payment, and project accounting records — seven years from the filing of the tax return for the year of the sale.
  • Documentation supporting the property’s cost basis — seven years after the property is sold, not from its acquisition.
  • Identity verification documentation, and tax withholding documentation applicable to non-U.S. purchasers — seven years from the closing date.
  • Construction, design, permit, and warranty files — ten years from the earliest of the following: issuance of the temporary certificate of occupancy, issuance of the certificate of occupancy, issuance of the certificate of completion, or abandonment of construction.
  • Security and server logs — twelve months.

The periods above are suspended for as long as there is litigation, an audit, a request from an authority, or a foreseeable claim involving the information in question.

When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or de-identify it. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information indefinitely.

13. SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include access controls limiting personal information to personnel who need it, multi-factor authentication on our business systems, encryption of information in transit to and from our Site and between our business systems, reputable hosting and cloud providers, instructions to our providers to process information only for the purpose of providing us the contracted service, and training for the personnel who handle personal information.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. Please do not send sensitive documents — identification, financial statements, or account details — to us by unsecured email. Where a transaction requires such documents, we or the closing agent will provide a secure method.

If a security incident affecting personal information occurs, we will investigate and will notify affected individuals and the authorities as and when required by applicable law, including Florida’s data breach notification statute.

14. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Site and our offering are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not market to children. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us personal information, email info@arccagp.com and we will delete it.

Where a residence is purchased by or for the benefit of a minor — for example through a trust — we may hold the minor’s name and identifying information as part of the transaction record. That information is used only for the transaction and is never used for marketing.

15. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS AND CROSS-BORDER TRANSFERS

ARCCA GROUP LLC is located in the United States, develops and sells residences in the United States, and directs its offering to the United States market. Our Site is hosted in the United States and personal information we collect is stored and processed there.

Some of our administrative and back-office functions are performed by personnel and contractors located outside the United States, who access personal information only for those purposes, under contractual confidentiality obligations and on our instructions. Personal information may also be processed by our service providers in other countries where they operate.

If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that the privacy laws of the United States and of the other countries where our providers operate may differ from those of your own country, and that by contacting us or submitting information to us you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Wherever your information is processed, we apply the protections described in this Policy.

16. FAIR HOUSING

ARCCA GROUP LLC complies with the federal Fair Housing Act, the Florida Fair Housing Act, and all applicable equal opportunity requirements in housing. We do not discriminate in the sale or rental of housing, or in the terms, conditions, advertising, or availability of housing, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

We do not use protected characteristics, or information serving as a proxy for them, in deciding who is shown a residence, whose inquiry receives a response, in what order, or on what terms we deal with a prospective purchaser. Where we advertise, we do so through channels intended to reach the general market for our residences.

If you believe you have experienced discrimination in connection with housing, you may contact us at info@arccagp.com, and you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development or the Florida Commission on Human Relations.

17. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our Site, our services, or the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top and post the updated Policy on our Site.

New services. Our business may grow to include services we do not offer today. If we introduce a new service that involves personal information — including any service of a financial nature, or any new technology on our Site — we will update this Policy to describe it, and we will provide any additional notice, disclosure, or consent mechanism that the law requires for that service, before the service is offered. Some services carry their own separate notice requirements; where that is the case, you will receive that notice directly rather than only through this Policy.

Material changes. If a change is material — for example if we begin using advertising technologies, begin selling or sharing personal information, or materially change the purposes for which we use personal information — we will provide more prominent notice, such as a notice on our Site or, where we have your contact details and it is appropriate, a direct notification. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of our Site after an update takes effect means you are subject to the updated Policy.

We will keep prior versions of this Policy on file and will provide a copy on request to info@arccagp.com.
